Jean was absolutely amazing. I am a return customer to Jackson Hewitt for the last 4 years! We ran into a couple issuesand Gene was able to get to me as fast as she could on the issues we were able to resolve them and figured out what we needed to do within 24 hours. I have been using Jackson Hewitt Tax service for the past 9 years. I have never had any types of problems with my taxes. They ensure that I get the maximum refund possible. The ladies in the WICHITA FALLS TX office on KEMP BLVD are the absolute BEST! They are funny, fast, and very friendly. I defiant recommend Jackson Hewitt to my coworkers and friends evey chance that I get.

I get the best bang for my buck. My tax preparer Gean is awesome, she knows us and is always glad to see us as we are of her. We talked and she does our taxes, she is excellent at multi-tasking. We do enjoy our visit with her and we always get the best returns that can be done.

Worst tax place I ever want to they were supposed to send me a card to my address and they sent it somewhere else so I tried to change the address and they tried telling me I have to wait till next year I contacted the bank they went through and Jackson Hewitt main office and all their bosses they just hang up after hearing my problem I was having I even waited a year like they said and they told me sense it's been a year they can't do anything and it's been lost in the system all because they couldn't enter the correct information and when I spoke to the people on Kemp in their office their was a lady that has said this isn't the first time this has happened that some people never receive their money and I have yet to receive over 8,000 don't trust them with your money it's a big mistake
