“JOIE, Joie, Joie...I pray US cellular knows what a gem they have ! I did not have an appointment showed up had to wait, but it was worth it. I told Joie when it came time to get a new phone I would be back. While waiting, I overheard the interaction she had with each person ...what struck me most was how each individual appeared to be like family. Joie has a gift with people and she exceeds and exudes what customer service is all about. Getting a new phone is always stressful but she made it the best part of my day kudos to US cellular. I hope she is honored where she works and other employees take note of her genuine care and concern of each individual and polite demeanor !!! Grate for Joie, Sheila”
