One of the best apartment complexes to live in the WF area! It is right next to a lot food places and beauty areas in the city! My only thing is the location of the washer and dryers! Gotta be mindful during the winter! I love the leasing office and staff! The leasing office has always been super helpful and it’s really a peaceful place to stay. Highly recommend moving here!

Just moved here from Dallas and love the apt. Spacious and quiet plus close to shopping and restaurants. The leasing office folks were great to work with and so helpful. Very happy I chose Hunters Crossing! Cindy

I moved here from far away, and the transition could not have been smoother. The people and facilities here are always clean and up-to-date. I have never rented from people as nice and kind as the folks at Hunter's Crossing.

This is definitely one of the better apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in! The grounds are always well kept, the office staff is super friendly, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to service orders. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area ??

The first couple of months here were decent then after may this year 2023 it just went to hell. First off not blaming the ladies in the office as they are just the managers but the owners of the corporation suck. Heaven forbid they put money back into the apartments.May 2023 it starts to get warm out and our AC started to struggle it ran non stop… from may until I moved out end of august. $660 electricity bills every month since then… I say hey my air conditioner isn’t working they say nothing is wrong… I literally have my degree in HVAC and you’ll never cool an apartment when the supply air is 76 degrees and return air temperature is 77 degrees. By the time I get home from work it’s 84 degrees in there… they blame the windows but that’s literally not it when the unit outside is not working half the time their fix was always change the filter… and then they would leave. Our lease ended in may and we went month to month until our house was being done being built. Our rent went from $980 to $1400 and electricity to $660 it’s Ridiculous to be paying $2000/mo for a mediocre apartment I literally pay $1200 for a 1800sq ft house on 3 acres of land with electricity and water costs and it’s 50x nicer than the apartment…I hate to be that guy but I would stay far away from these apartments. Also the guests here are literal Karen’s I would leave for work, and people would leave their apartment to move their car to where I had parked, and then would leave their car there for a week when they work from home… multiple people would do that here. It’s insane how childish the people are that live here. I was literally moving out of the apartment and had my 20ft trailer behind my truck, and I moved a trailer load to my house and when I came back one of those people moved his car back 10 ft so I could not park my truck and trailer in front of the building to move out.

Nice, quiet, clean and safe place to live. I would have rated 5 but Im just disappointed why they have to cut down the whole tree, I mean, if its the strong winds thats giving the mngt/maintenace problems, then just trim the tree branches, I dont understand why they have to cut down a nice tree that's providing a cool shade in its surroundings especially this scorching summer heat in Texas. Why need to kill it unless theres a project that will be build there soon. Now the pool area just looks unpleasantly hot, lifeless and not as refreshing as before the tree was there giving us a nice cool shade. Cutting down trees is the last thing we need here in hot Texas.

I've lived here since November 2022 and have to say it is a nice, quiet place to live. Decent size 2 bed 2 bath apartment, master bed is good size with large walk-in closet. Each apartment has its own balcony. The only objection is that the kitchen is super tiny in this apartment. No counter space, and the appliances are outdated, but they work, and the second objection is that the apartment is fully carpeted, and there is a faint smell of animals in the air, and i do not have a single animal. All in all a great location, nice place, 1-3 bed options at comparable lease rates.

Erica Pool was a huge factor in moving to Hunters Crossing with all the other options in Wichita Falls. She was timely and answered all inquiries ensuring a great resident experience during my time with this complex. Hunters Crossing is a better place with her and I personally can vouch for the leasing office.
