Amazing, top notch service. Me and my husband have been long time Home Depot customers. We enjoy the selection and service. We bought an air compressor and it was damaged. We had to return it to the store and they had some issues getting the credit back on our Home Depot card. Gio helped us and her customer service was AMAZING. Home Depot you employ the best people and they know how to make sure your customers feel valued. I give this location and their staff 5 stars! Thank you Gio for being awesome!!!!!

I ordered an item online. I was told by multiple Home Depot sources that I must pick it up at the Customer Service counter. I stepped up to that counter, the cashier ignored me: no greeting, no eye contact. Another customer steps up *behind* me & added several items to his 2 flat carts sitting there, fully loaded. He stated he was ready to check out, now & the Service Counter employee says "OK." I stood around for a while, went to 2 other cashiers who also stated I needed to go to the Customer Service counter to pick up my item. I went back & waited a while longer, I overheard the Service Counter Cashier say there was over 2,000.00 of merchandise. I left. I may never go back. 1) why was the other customer at the Service Counnter, he had 2 flat cars full of merchandise which he was obviously pulling off the shelves? & why didn't the Cashier wait on me while the other customer finished picking out his item?

So I bought 4 sacks of quickcrete and 4 4x4x12 Timbers. Paid for delivery. Kid shows up and drives over faucet in my lawn. Breaks water line. At the moment I have not had water in 24 hours. Problems: 1). Driver tried about 6 or 7 times to convince me it was my fault even though he admitted he has trouble seeing around the forklift. Didn't sign papers taking responsibility. He told me he had to take back the concrete (all they actually delivered) if I didn't sign. Told me he couldn't leave if I didn't sign. That was not true. He left and left the concrete. 2). Rob. He told me that I would have a call back in 24 hours at the latest. Soured me that most of the time we can get a call within the hour. None of that was true. I was informed today that the timefreame is normally 48 hours. So I will be going 2 days without water at my home. 3). I can't speak to that. Every time I call I speak to a new person who tells me something different than the last. When I say, "Rob or Glen said, blah blah" I am met with, "I wasn't on that call so I can't speak to that." If everyone were to say the same thing, this wouldn't be an issue. 4). Pay for it yourself. "If it's a big issue, you can pay for it yourself" and HOPE the insurance company decides to reimburse you. Why am I paying? I didn't break it. 5). There has been no attempt to make this right. I am still out $70 for delivery, I'm still missing 1/2 the stuff I pairs for 4 days ago. I am still without water and no one has even offered to put us up in a hotel or anything else due to their negligence. Do yourself a favor, Lowe's is across the street. Ace is down the road. Anything has to be better.

Customer Service and selection Customer Service: 2 - Diana: outstanding, she gets 5 stars. Repeatedly great support. - 2 different adult boys 0 stars. "Not my job". Standing around doing nothing, but can't assist or don't know anything. - Selection: 2 it's hard to find anything and when you finally "find" it, they're out. For years Lowes has been ahead on being more organized. When I moved to Wichita Falls, I became a HD gal because customer service was so much better. I tend to end up at Lowe's more often lately due to better everything. Even their check out locations are more reasonable.

smelled terrible, there was this one employee, I think his name was Nick, well he was extremely rude to me and my family. I never saw him doing anything either except play with his phone. go to Lowe's if you want better customer service!

I went to Home Depot a couple of weeks ago. Have to share before I forget again. I usually don't ask for help. But what I was looking for it was on the top shelf as I hesitated and started looking around. I asked an associate for help in right then the store manager shows up. And begins to help me. He starts to pick the best material for my project. I remember when I went to work for Home Depot a few years back Mr. Minuto asked me why would I work for Home Depot and I told him to give the best customer service, because in my past And different Home Depot's I did not get that customer service and I really like Home Depot since Minnesota. The first one I saw I fell in love with Home Depot. Now Lowes has good customer service, but they also have people that do not know the product better still are very friendly and prices are higher. But Home Depot has people that know the product but at the time I was looking for help they were not very helpful but this brings me back to this last trip where Mr. Minuto was helping me. So sense I have left Home Depot only due to that my bills Were higher than my check. Otherwise I would've stayed working with Home Depot, but Mr. Minuto I like to say thank you for you are a prime example of what I was looking for when I go to Home Depot they cannot say you do not lead by example so my home store I'm very proud of because I always receive grate service. Thank you once again have a blessed day. Thank you.

I purchased BEHR paint from Home Depot for our new house we are building. There was some issues with the paint coverage on the new texture. I went back to the paint department a few days after purchase and explained my issues with Anette and Jordan who were in the paint department. Both of them were very knowledgeable about the situation. Anette took over and spoke with the BEHR rep and one of the main store Mgrs. Working with Anette and Jordan was a very pleasant experience. They were both professional and friendly. They helped resolve the issues I had and took care of getting what I needed. I have since finished painting the house and had no further problems.Thank you Anette and Jordan for your assistance, courtesy and patience. Home depot man you disappoint. 2 hours waiting for some pipe and like a gazillion employees. But the guy in plumbing is not there, so I had to wait on someone that is qualified. Well, at least 2 of the managers came to help. But talk about disorganized.

Lmao y'all ever gonna staff your paint section? At this point just let me clock in and do it myself.The kid behind the counter was on his cell phone and ignoring us. Even made eye contact and walked off so I just went across the street to Lowe's.

We were trying to purchase some lumber and couldn't do this because they were trying to section off the isle we were on and acting like we were in the way. Bad attitude (shaking their head) so we left and went to Lowe's. Aisles had stuff all in it and couldn't get to the lumber.

my kid works for home depot. he has jet set from dallas to austin and back again at the company's expense. and i am his disabled mom needing help to move into a safer place to live, and help going to a school he graduated from. he graduated from north dallas high too, where he got the chance to interview and shut-up laura bush! none of this stuff would have happened for this kid had i not been the best mom i could be. had i not been one of the best moms out there. i support this kid, even so. which means i support the company in which he is employed. but yo folks, i need help teaching all four of my sons to better treat their disabled, praying to be a more self-sufficient mother.
