They were not willing to work with my wife at all even tho she has her name on our credit account they insisted that I had to physically be there even though she had payment and her ID’s, it’s really embarrassing that after months of planning and everything coming together this is the only thing that completely messed everything up

Marcus was excellent. The customer service was the best I have experienced in car rental service in a long time. Definitely would rent a car there in my next visit.

don't bother. we rented online. showed up. knew it would be busy. got to the counter. asked if they had cars left. they said yes. pulled up reservation... made 3 hours earlier. they did they only do drop off in another state 24hrs in advance ...then why did your app let us reserve... and pay...and the girls at counter were bitches.

Customer service is not their strong point, Marcus would do better if he worked by himself. The car was good, clean and full of gas. The older man is snotty and needs to go back to learn how to be in customer service.

For this place to be so small, it's highly unorganized. Was told that there were no cars available for my reservation that i made almost a month in advance. Pre-paid. I get sometimes that happens when people can over book using third parties, however, the level of customer service I received from the old sales rep was not up to par. I was told that I would get a car at 2pm.... I ended up having to wait until 4pm for my car when my plane arrived at 9am. The older man tried to tell me that the only compensation I could get is an empty tank of gas, so that I could bring it back empty? Huh? And then, I also got a "complementary upgrade" to a midsized SUV, which basically means that that was the only car they had available to give me (I'm more comfortable driving smaller sedans). The one star is for Marcus, the manager, who at least did something and was actually apologetic.

out of rental cars for the 4 days I needed one, customer service could use a lot of improvement. Enterprise had a car available and were very accommodating.

I rented from them while my car was in the shop after an accident. My insurance only covered until March 21st and I knew I would have to pay out of pocket after that. I called March 14th to extend my rental until March 26th and asked for the total cost and was quoted 134 and some change. They called me on the 24th and asked when I was bring the car back and after stating I had extended my rental until the 26th, Drew told me that my total for that return date was now 152 and some change. I asked why and asked if I was misquoted and if there was an error and he kept telling me, I wasn’t quoted that- he them before putting me on hold asked Ron “Do you wanna talk to this lady she’s” before he put me on hold. After Ron got the phone, he was who I originally spoke with, he kept saying it might have been a computer error and wouldn’t let me speak or ask questions, I told him to let me speak and he replied “well let me answer your question.” I said you can’t give me an answer to a question you won’t let me ask. He then handed the phone to Marcus who finally admitted there was an error and a miscommunication and he said but if I bring the car back with a full tank I’ll only owe 152. I said no sir I picked the car up with half a tank and i will be bringing it back that way. He said oh yes I do see that here. I said y’all make an habit of misspeaking I see. When I dropped the car off he asked me if there was only thing he could do to make the experience better and I said no I’m just glad it’s over. He asked me when it came time to do a survey to not judge them too harshly. When the survey link popped up today and I clicked on it said they were no longer taking surveys. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had with them.

Bunch of crooks. I paid upfront and now today I look in my account I accepted the price so I didn't have to turn the vehicle back in with a full tank. I look in my account and yep over a month after I returned the card they charged me for it. Yet I don't receive my deposit back. Car was turned in clean as it should have been. I give this company zero stars I wish I could give negative stars. I have been watch my account pretty close and they wait until your broke to charge you. So I should have just filled the car up. Instead of 29 dollars it's going to cost my 56. I'm wondering how long I have to wait to get my deposit back. Probably never going to happen.
