I called & asked about a truck I saw on the site Caitlin set me up with an appointment to go to the jacksboro hwy location where I was greeted by Jake, we looked at the truck, I fell in love he took me inside and I met the manager Derek who was super cool & got everything all set up for me! Super quick deal I am STOKED!! Super thankful for these guys here at herb Easley! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

Jimmy Gordan provided true quality salesmanship. Throughout the entire experience we truly felt his number one focus was customer needs and satisfaction. He even went the extra mile to come in on his day off to make sure all of our needs were taken care of before we drove off. We also left feeling we got a good deal and were treated fairly by finance. Overall, Herb Easley is a customer-oriented dealership.

Overall great experience. Juan was my sales professional and he took care of me by ensuring I wasn't too pressured, yet he wasn't going to let me walk away. He worked hard to get me where I felt comfortable. Great team, all the way from the sales professional to the finance manager.

I went in today to look at a truck, after some negotiating we came to a price that we both agreed upon. I had already found financing but was interested to see what they had to offer. They offered a competitive rate but they want to throw in a "warranty" that costs $7600 on top of the loan. Making payments $200 more a month. I declined and said I would use my own financing for the price and they declined saying they would only sell it if I used their financing. So I stated I would use them if they dropped the warranty but they still said no. Just a waste of time and a poor dealership to work with. Go anywhere else if you don't want to get ripped off. This was at the Herb Easley chevy dealership.

My recent experience of the purchase of my Mazda at Herb Easley was seamless from start to finish!! I received excellent customer service from Harroll Willet and Jack Snoderly all the way through to Joseph in the finance department. They all truly cared about what I needed and made it happen. It was quick and easy and everyone was enjoyable to work with. They took time after the sell to make sure that I understood the Mazda app and all of the controls.
