I have tried for 3 days to get info on a 2023 Sea Doo they show to have in stock online and no one has called me back. Very frustrating when you are ready to buy. Their loss I guess.

Dropped off our vehicle on Friday. I called Saturday and left several voice messages and received no call back. Called back on Monday and same situation. Decided to drop by the dealership on Monday after work and was told vehicle would be done on Wednesday afternoon. Finally receive call on Wednesday that vehicle would be completed on Thursday. Picked up my vehicle on Thursday and as soon as I arrived home I noticed there was hail damage all over the vehicle due to hail that fell the Friday I dropped off. I was never told about the hail damage to the vehicle and when I called the dealership I was told there is nothing that could be done because "it's like if you parked your car at WalMart".

I have been to the shop on several occasions and each time I tell them the 3rd brake light is out. This light has been out since shortly after I purchased by new vehicle. I have asked for the part to be ordered several times and told on each visit we will call you when the part comes in. I have owned the since 2022 and the alert light on the dash is still on and the part never comes in. I never receive a call to come in to fix the light. If there was another shop that covered my warranty and was within a two hour drive I would never use my local agency of Herb Easley.

By far the best vehicle buying experience I’ve had. Gary, Chuck and the rest of the crew made the buying process super easy. No nonsense, no gimmicks, just straight up pricing. It’s evident this was not a transaction to these guys, they want a customer for life. HEP will always be my first call when I am shopping for a new toy, and it should be yours too.
