My compound prescription was called in on Friday around noon and was not available for pick up until Monday afternoon. I have always gotten excellent customer service but this was a compound for pain and was very much needed the day it was called in.

Today was the first time I have ever picked up my medication from harvest & I had the absolute best experience with the lady at the window. She was just so sweet! I wish I would have gotten her name!10/10 best pharmacy experience I have ever had. ❤️

I had my first experience with the Pharmacy side of this store this week and I am blown away. I have purchased items from the gift side for years. The pharmacist that helped me was Samantha and I can't remember the pharmacy tech's name but they went above and beyond. The customer service I received was fantastic!!! Keeping me updated throughout the day and being put on hold with the drug company for 45 minutes at a time and not giving up has won me over. I will be using them for all my prescriptions from here on out. GREAT job Harvest Drug & Gift!!!

My Mother Goes Here My mother gets her prescriptions filled here all the time. She thinks very highly of everyone who works here. I drove her through the drive-thru recently to pick up her RX. Fast and easy, and the people were indeed beyond nice!

I get a call the day of my second dose is due, when they told me before my first one that they would call a day before. Fail! They guy proceeds to tell me over the phone that I would need to schedule a second dose due to FDA authorizing moderna as an approved booster shot, so they might be busy. I said ok. Scheduled my 2nd dose. I arrived today at 9:56. It is 10:07, they aren't busy, yet it seems that those who use the drive thru get prioty of the counter. Did I mention they aren't as busy as the guy on the phone believed. He told me they prefer scheduled appointments. Still waiting. I don't plan on coming here again.

The staff in the pharmacy and gift shop were super friendly. There was a wide variety of clothes, shoes, jewelry and home decor. Much more than I was expecting at a pharmacy but it's really like a boutique and pharmacy together. Both myself and my husband walked out some fun things.

Every city in the world should have a Harvest. I hope they never go out of business because I've taken the red pill, I know the truth now, and I can't go back to Walgreens. Going to the pharmacy *doesn't* have to suck. I know it sounds crazy but it can even be fun. This is the most amazing amalgamation of a mundane life task with pleasure. You can get your medications AND buy a pair of cute Birkenstocks! The ladies that work here are so fun and helpful. The Tyler candles are absolutely the best candles you'll ever smell in your life and last forever (and they are made in Tyler, so you're supporting Texas business). They have a discount shelf with awesome deals all the time. Cute premium bags, jewelry, shoes, clothes, kid gifts, it's amazing. The pharmacy staff is so pleasant, always answers the phone, does refills promptly, they personally call and text you when ready, AND there is a drive through. There is literally no reason not to support this place, unless you hate yourself and don't like supporting excellence. I look forward to getting prescriptions refilled so I have an excuse to shop. This business model is revolutionary. Why aren't there dentists that offer mani/pedis? Why doesn't the DMV have a food truck? Or movie theaters that also offer dog grooming services?!

People there think if your not white then you shouldn’t be in there store. I kn there is a pandemic going on so we have to wear mask to get in there store so they tell me and my wife to leave if we don’t have a mask ok so fine we go get our mask that we had in the car and go back in. Well more people come in there store so happen they were white and she didn’t tell Them to leave bc they didn’t have mask on she welcome them in and walk around with them ask if they need help and said if u need mask we have some for sale not once told them to leave but bc me and my wife are people of color there’s a problem . I am not saying all of there employees are like that but this behavior need to stop. God bless you we will be praying for you

Not only was I never informed that they would need to order an item to fill my prescription and it wouldn't be ready on Friday but on Monday BUT every time I spoke to anyone there, three times, they asked me IF I was aware of the cost and IF I was OK with it.I had to call them on Saturday to find out about the ordering of the item and having to wait until Monday.This will be my first AND last time to deal with them.
