“I went in today struggling with an air hose and a coupler that did not want to come off to be switched out. I had two very sweet ladies, who were supervisors, help me take it off and got me what I needed. It was 20 minutes of wrestling this air hose. They were so helpful!
I like the convenience of harbor freight. Although it's not always the highest quality, their tools are still great and do what they are supposed to do.”

The worked in the lumber area and had to check us out with tons of items. They were both polite, fast working and just all around good customer service which is hard to come by these days. I will definitely choose to shop somewhere with that type of customer service over other home improvement stores.”
“I went to Home Depot a couple of weeks ago. Have to share before I forget again. I usually don't ask for help. But what I was looking for it was on the top shelf as I hesitated and started looking around. I asked an associate for help in right then the store manager shows up. And begins to help me. He starts to pick the best material for my project. I remember when I went to work for Home Depot a few years back Mr. Minuto asked me why would I work for Home Depot and I told him to give the best customer service, because in my past And different Home Depot's I did not get that customer service and I really like Home Depot since Minnesota. The first one I saw I fell in love with Home Depot. Now Lowes has good customer service, but they also have people that do not know the product better still are very friendly and prices are higher. But Home Depot has people that know the product but at the time I was looking for help they were not very helpful but this brings me back to this last trip where Mr. Minuto was helping me. So sense I have left Home Depot only due to that my bills Were higher than my check. Otherwise I would've stayed working with Home Depot, but Mr. Minuto I like to say thank you for you are a prime example of what I was looking for when I go to Home Depot they cannot say you do not lead by example so my home store I'm very proud of because I always receive grate service. Thank you once again have a blessed day. Thank you.”

“A neighbor told us about Wichita Industrial. We would have NEVER known about this business as an option to shop. My husband needed bolts, etc, for his equipment trailer he's been refurbishing.He was very impressed with the knowledgeable, friendly, professional help, from the employee, when he went to see if they had what he needed.Evidently Wichita Industrial has a plethora of supplies any DIY person might need. (He wanted more time to just shop the entire business, for future needs).Not only did they have exactly what he needed, but their prices, by far, BEAT the PRICES, of the usual franchise home improvement stores we've used.I'm certain we will be checking our newly found local gem of a "supply" store, for all of our future needs, before ever going back to any of the different franchise owned stores in our city.Support our local businesses.
