The owner is very rude and cussed at people. Trying to get a gentleman playing guitar on a street corner not even on his property to fight. This guy is a joke and will not see another dime from me and that was an every morning coffee, donuts and fillup, plus evening soda and snack.

Think of the other gas stations in the Wichita Falls area, you walk in - sticky floors and unclean bathrooms. At garrisons I'm always met with a clean store and really nice stuff yeah they may get a little distracted but they're working their butts off to make sure the store is clean for you. Also you have to keep in mind you are in the Wichita Falls area, customers will walk off with other customers belongings.

I go in every few days and buy cigarettes. The cashier steven gave me the wrong pack, took it back & was told they wont return my money or give me the right pack!Totally bs! So had to purchase another pack at 7.57 a pack. It was their employee that made the mistake, my car is parked only 10 feet away!Never doing business thete again!!!

went in to buy cigarettes & steven the cashier gave me the wrong pack, so i walk 10 feet to my car & notice its wrong. go back in & steven tells me he wont give me the right pack & wont give me my money back, will not give the managers # or the owners # its his mistake! so i have to buy another pack at almost $8.00 a pack! done shopping there!

I have been a loyal customer of garrisons for about 9 years and I have never had to walk away empty handed . Walked tonight 9:40pm to get things we needed for the night , I was going to spend at the least 30$ probably more and the guy working would not let me make my purchases because I had a 100$ . Like I said I was going to spend at the least 30$ . I had made a fountain Dr Pepper and he made me pour it out .

Would give a zero if i could. I always stop at garrisons when i travel. I am very well known at 3 other garrisons. See then on a weekly bases and them stores are awsome. I just try to stop and this one on kemp. Employee has paper plates with closed wrote on them and turned off the lights while they are juat standing around inside. Took pics for proof

Girlfriend comes home crying. Apparently the clerk thought it was entertaining throwing her id on the floor in front of a bunch of people. This bully needs to be fired if he hates his job. This is not acceptable for any reason. Throwing a customer's possessions.... Will be filling a complaint shortly.

This place is sketchy. Phone mysteriously disappeared after leaving it their for 20 min... watch your stuff.
