Cheaper rates. Paperwork did take long. I've been with them almost a year and have automatic drafts for payments. They give you a date that payment is due then attempt to get it a week early. This month I was I'll and didn't catch it so the funds were not available and Fred Loyal charged my bank a$30 return fee which was the passed on to me. Talked to Monica at the insurance company who understood but was no help. Canceling policy asap

Fred Loya customer hit my Semi and trailer, we are now out of business as a result and yet they claim their customer is not at fault.........poor ownership and exposed their client to a personal litigation. Do not recomend!!!!

Every single month that I pay my car insurance Fred Loya comes up with extra hidden costs. I am very dissatisfied with this company. My payments are outrageous each and every month. I am a single driver with one vehicle paying much more than I should. My income is very minimal and I think that this company should keep your payments at the same rate each month, not having to wonder how much it'll be each month!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, if you can get someone to answer the phone. It took 3 days for them to email proof of coverage. I tried calling several times, sometimes letting it ring for over 10 minutes, and nobody would answer. Today, Arlenda actually hung up on me when I asked her to provide some customer service instead of giving me the runaround. I am not a rude person, and I was not rude to her. When I pointed out that we had been on the phone for over 10 minutes when all she had to do was pull up the account and read the notes, she hung up. I could never recommend this place, ever.Update: I tried calling 4 times in a row today (months after above incident), holding for several minutes each time, just for them to hang up every single time. They obviously do not care one iota about the customer.

I love these guys. Always friendly. Always quick. I went in and the person I saw was working her first day. We got finished up no problems. There was a question we had come up with but nothing too concerning, she called me that night to tell me what she found out. Then next time I called in she knew my name by my voice. Amazing customer service...

I went in to renew my insurance. The manager Christina took my debit card for payment, after it took it out of my account,see says it's not showing payment even after I showed her it took it out of my account! I cancelled that payment,then paid cash, because I didn't want the same thing happened again. After I asked her how long it will be before it's back on my card, she said a day or two. I told her when it comes to people's money, there's no room for mess ups! Still haven't gotten my money back,she keeps making excuses! I'd never recommend coming here, not worth the trouble!

if I could give zero stars I would. They randomly raised our insurance $20. They try to charge us on a random date each month. They charged us two weeks earlier than our last payment date and when the money is not in the account you get a fee for that. My husband has been out of work for two weeks because he slipped a disc in his back and when he called to tell them he would be late paying before he could even finish his sentence the lady rudely said "oh so you're just gonna let it lapse!?" Once they took out the money from our account and there was plenty in there, they put the money back in our account then charged us extra because the draft "didn't work". Literally any time we call them with an issue we just get the same "oh we don't know what that's all about.. "
