In town for a few days so just a visitor but this is an awesome gym. Every single piece of equipment any meathead would want plus nice cardio etc for the others... I couldn't have picked a better gym to get my workouts in. Clean and fresh too. Highly recommend!

Always clean, rarely crowded, and the equipment is in good condition.Unlike a lot of other gyms, if a machine breaks it is repaired quickly instead of being out of order for months.

Crystal’s Forever Fit team is awesome and so helpful. Great atmosphere & all the equipment you could need. John is a great personal trainer & super easy to work with. 100% recommend to anyone.

About Forever Fit- Crystal Bragg
Forever Fit is an extremely clean facility with many amenities. We have a variety of weight training equipment such h as plate and pin loaded pieces, barbells and benches. We also provide 7 different types of cardio equipment as well. Our facility is equipped with full locker rooms with showers, and changing areas. We have a large selection of group exercise classes on our schedule weekly taught by certified and knowledgeable instructors. We also offer childcare and personal training. We are openn7 days a week 4am-11pm with our key fob system. Staffed hours are Monday-Friday 7am-1pm and 4pm-8pm. Saturday 9:30-12.
