You'll know I like to shop there and score some good dealsThis particular location on Martin Luther King Boulevard didn't even shovel the snow / ice on the ground or even put any salt I can understand maybe I don't have the salt to put down properly but if you don't just do some table salt it will still melt the snow and whatnot myself I almost fell going back to the car and the lady that was park next to me she almost fell just because they don't have the sidewalk picked up going into the store area that was very icy out of that I don't have a problem because I can score some pretty good deals

This is the worst family dollar in our city.I used to think that the one on brook was the worst because of the dope fiends outside but this one is like that but worse.Rude employees bad mamagement limited supply in store dope fiends outside you name it.Ive been checking this store out for 3 years and it never gets better.They need to shut down for a few weeks hire new management employees and start over fresh.Family Dollar is making our whole community look bad.

The store manager and a female associate, helped to make this crisis worse for us today. While purchasing goods for our quarantine, the lines were understandably long, everywhere. We simply walked to a register, where 2 employees stood on the other side. When we asked "is your line open", they responded, "no". As we walked away however, we distinctively heard one of these employees say " they need to wait in line like everyone else". Obviously, waiting in line was not an issue, as we understood why lines were unusually long. However, customer service employees have the special task of assisting with the purchase of goods and services that we all need, in such an unprecedented time. We will never go back to this place, where employees hold their patrons, in such low regard.

I remember going inside the store, some managers and customers gave me weird looks. But that's not the problem, my problem is these people who work here. They are very disrespectful to me every time I go here.

Came into the store this evening to purchase some items, while I was shopping I needed to use the restroom so I proceeded to the front. As I was waiting to speak to the cashier that was running the front because the restroom door was locked I overheard her speaking to a customer rudely. The customer requested no bag for his items, she then stated "well I'm putting it in a bag anyway". I then asked if there was a key to the restroom because it was locked, she said she didn't know that I would have to go outside look for her coworker and ask her if it is working. Her co-worker looked like she was on break because she was smoking a cigarette, I did not want to disturb her break so I got in my truck and left. This lady costed the store a very loyal customer and I'm pretty sure the guy that was there before me isn't coming back either. Please train your employees to have more customer service skills!

I love having this store on the East side.My Mommy said that next to the Original Chicken Box and the Original Davenport Grocery store that this is the next best this for the East Side.
