Stopped in to get gas and noticed a sign that said you could use your Walmart + at this gas station so I asked the lady behind the counter and she stated that they had not been trained on how that works and she had no clue plus she did not even offer to get me some information are guidance on the process.

09APR24 ~ This station had it all; Good gas price, clean exterior & interior, spacious & well-organized pump area with all the cleaning supplies at the pumps, clean restroom (I only went into one ;~)), lots of interesting items & travel supplies to buy on well stocked & organized shelves, and two of the most pleasant ladies working there. These ladies were genuinely friendly, articulate, hardworking & proactive. I told the one lady that there was no hand soap in the men's room, and she immediately responded. She was a very good employee interested in doing her job. After several hours of driving through torrential downpours & high winds I needed to decompress, and these ladies helped to do just that with good old Texas charm.

Easy to get to from the freeway.
They have Mexican food, among any other snack you can think of and a coffee bar.
They also sell some unique things. I fell in love with their baseball hats and am now kicking me self for not getting one… would love to know what the brand is or where I can get these!
Bathrooms were clean and overall I’d stop again if I ever drive through Wichita Falls again.

I would have rated this gas station with 5 stars before my experience today. But after what I just went through, it should receive less than 1 star.
I will start with this. All she had to do was look at the receipt, but she refused to do so. My husband went to prepay for gas, he ran my card, and the amount he asked for was $1 less than I had on my card. It still charged my card for what was available, yet said it was declined for the amount that was charged. The woman working told my husband that my card was declined so he could not get gas. I went inside to show her my banking app and to show her it did indeed charge my card for a lesser amount so that we could get the gas. She told me I was a liar and I had a fake app on my phone. I could not believe what she was even trying to say. I showed her again, she told me to get out of her store. I showed her the small print under the charge saying that it was pending and that if I needed help to reach out to the merchant to cancel the charge. She proceeded to tell me that she is not the merchant. She then threatened to call the police, I told her to please do so. She then didn’t call the police, she called her boss instead, and I attempted to speak to him on the phone. He tried to help me but she was yelling the entire time so I could not understand what he was saying. I got so upset I ended up just leaving and now I’m hoping that their credit card processor releases the amount it charged at some point. Stay away from this gas station if this particular woman is working, she has no idea what she is doing. The rest of the staff there are amazing however.

Dark hair older lady,Janet is extremely rude she works here.I believe she may be one of the managers. Surprises me she is management ,since her customer service demeanor is poor. When I pass through this area and have to make a stop at this place.Tension is extremely high and it makes me extremely uncomfortable. ??

Very chill and helpful staff, I was buying electronic nicotine flavors. Sometimes you have conversations with good likeable people, and this particular gas station has hired some very charismatic gentleman. Clean facility, good teamwork among staff.The inside has been renovated, there is a Go Loco Taco treet taco restaurant and a Tiger Mart inside. Definitely not the Exxon from a few years ago.

Clean, new bathrooms. Well maintained and well lit. Plenty of space to park a RV, or bus. Would stop here again.
