one way to decrease complaints just refuse service because give bad evaluation and taking responsibility and apologizing . they released my vehicle with no air conditioner in august . the knew the ac wasn’t charged when they released it . i was willing to go back because other than that but refused to take business because i gave them bad evaluation .i guess one way to decrease complaintsm

Professionalism, customer service, attention to detail and quality of work are unmatched. The team’s regular communication always kept me informed on the progress with my insurance claim and my vehicles completion status.I’ve used a lot of body shops over the years for business and personnel vehicles. I just wish I’d found these professionals sooner!

Very disappointing, poor communication, no transparency.Lack of attention to detail. Spent over an hour putting the interior of my vehicle back in order after I got it back, hand and finger prints on door glass, carpet savers thrown in rear cargo area and cargo cover full of dirty hand prints. Had to wait for an hour and a half for them to complete repairs when I went to pick up my vehicle.because of poor workmanship.Not a satisfied customer.Now I have to self pay to get the job done right and complete what they were paid for and did not complete. They want yet another supplement but the insurance will not agree and will not pay for an item missed.Services: Painting

This place was great. they did a good job at handling outer claim and repairing the car. kept us well informed constantly. I will look into getting my truck bed repaired by them in the future.

Not gonna lie, I was hesitant to use this place, but my insurance suggested it. I got quotes from several places in town and this place definitely left me feeling like their staff were extremely knowledgeable. Not only did they fix my car within two weeks, they were super sweet when I called for updates, and they gave me back a car that was newer looking and more clean then the day I bought it 13 months ago. I am beyond grateful and impressed by their work. They went above and beyond.

When I hit a deer my insurance recommended Eagle Auto Body and they did not disappoint. My car had no other issues and was even detailed when I got it back. They went out of their way to take care of any issues that arose. I will definitely be using them again! All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend them!Services: Tires

Took our son's car in for repairs (front end collision). Jason and his team were extremely nice and transparent. The quote was spot on and repairs were completed on schedule. The final bill (we did not use insurance) was less than originally quoted so we were pleasantly surprised. We will use Eagle Auto Body again if we need collision repairs.Services: Body & Trim
