Our office had a new Canon 5035 installed and I missed they guys while they were here getting everyone up and running. I have a mac so it wasn't as easy as the WindowsPC's. I called and Pat came right over and spent time to get me up and running (5 min). I am cooking now and printing away with no problems. Jack
