Scheduled appt for 12 noon. I showed up at 9:52 early. I am from Fort Worth. Got there earlier than expected to take care of my daughters car for her. Not that busy, half the parking is empty. Brandon tells me he does not see where I purchased the tires from Discount Tire. We go back and forth. I have to locate the sale from 2021 on my email. Took me about 10 minutes, but I found it. I think he was just trying to get rid of me. I get the feeling they do not want to service the sales, they only want new sales to hit some sales number to get bonuses or have a party. I have the opinion this Discount Tire deserves to lose its franchise. So I happily walk over to him and show him the receipt on my phone. Same phone number on receipt that he looked up. He still is stating it is not in the system. I offer to call Kirby, the manager at the Discount Tire I purchased them from. I begin to dial, ohh no, that will not be necessary. Takes my key and tells me I will be out of there in an hour or hour and fifteen minutes max. An hour and twenty minutes later my car never got in. I complain and am told my appt was at 12. I reminded Brandon that he told me an hour or hour and fifteen max. I asked if they do not allow walkins? Oh yes we allow walkins but appt was for 12 noon. Took 2 hours for tire losing air. While waiting, they back a truck out and run into a parked car. Lots of issues here. The technician that worked on my vehicle did an excellent job and answered my questions. The guys in the shop were working hard. It was the staff at the front counter that seemed to give me the run around. My opinion is that Brandon needs to be a technician in the shop and have less customer interaction. I also think someone from the corporate office needs to mystery shop at this location.

Cory and Brandon helped me when I came at the end of the day with a huge nail through the sidewall of my tire. Within 20 minutes they found the tires I needed. The tires were ordered with next day delivery and within 24-hours, new tires were installed and I was all set! A local dealership quoted the same tires at over $100 more per tire. Not only did I get a great price for the tires with Discount Tire, their guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you for your great service!

Thankfully it has been a while since I had to go in and get any work done on my tires. I went in to get a slow leak looked at. They quickly identified the issue and because I had an appointment we're able to get me in and out of there in less than 40 minutes. The staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and the text and app updates make it nice to know when your vehicle is ready. I highly recommend them.

I have been using discount tire for all my tire needs since 2001. No organization is perfect or 100% all the time. But overall they have done a good job and I have used them for all my vehicles for over 20 years. If you want the right tires at a decent price...give them a try. They also have several locations throughout the country so there is a chance of you travel they may be in the area where you are traveling in case of an emergency.

Just wanna start off by saying I came in today expecting to get a repair on a tire, turns out I had “chrome flake” and the only option I had was getting new wheels. Rd was extremely helpful with showing me options on wheels and making me feel welcome. I ended up getting 4 wheels and I’m absolutely pleased with how they looked and the experience from all the techs that worked on my truck. 5 stars to Rd and all the techs.
P.s if Rd helps you out make sure to tip, this guy is amazing at his job
