I previously made a call inquiring about a pretty simple question about using a sim card from cricket to an unlocked phone, upon asking the question I received a VERY VERY rude female who answered the phone who was highly aggressive and had an attitude like crazy! She then proceeded to hang up on me , twice! Corey is the manager there and I cannot get ahold of him. Whatsoever according to her. Will not be doing business here. Stay away from this location

Great place to go when switching or even just making a payment. The staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable when it comes to almost anything. They've helped me set up accounts add discounts and savings as best as possible. Good place to stop by and they even explain all the fees and hidden fine print anytime you go in. If possible I'd go here for any phone rated needs or issues. Overall a great place to go especially if you need a good laugh.

It's an affordable phone service with unlimited data, best coverage I've experienced so far(from Verizon, boost). Phone prices seem typical. Cricket apps can be frustrating when creating or changing passwords. If you get locked out you have to call customer service after three failed attempts, it won't tell you your locked out. Customer service is best if you use the toll free method, good in store help is extremely hard to find. But when you find a good one stick with them! Things to expect when working with in-store employees, most times, is waiting without a glance, rude, angry or nonchalant, they won't call customer service if they don't know what to do for an issue(which is a lot), they will always try to sell you a solution, getting upgrades doesn't save you really, and new sims cost $25. It's a love hate relationship when using cricket wireless for your phone service needs.

The manager here is awful. Sierra is her name ? she is awful and continues to make fun of my fiancé who is in the military and acted as to it being a joke. I hope they get better people in soon.
