The owner, Kim, has the worst customer service I had experience in Wichita Falls. I never expected that from an owner. An employee treated me better than her. I sent a fax, and she pretended that I had to pay even though she didn't give me the confirmation. I asked her why, and the answer was so unproperly. She's treated the other lady was next to me well. I know that I'm not white, but Im american. Anyways, we don't suppose to discriminate people. We don't deserve this type of customer service fir a servicewe'repayin. This is called discriminationI'm not recommending this place at all. It is better to go to the library or UPS.

Not Great For Black People . I went there and was not helped professionally . I sent an email and she said they didn’t receive the emails but never went to the emails to check ! Her screen was on the same page , she was reading before . .

Here’s what happened: in July, I had to deliver an application to be sent to the comptrollers office and delivered back to me. There was a younger woman and I believe other worker was the owner. Keep in mind, I will say im not used to delivering packages; however, we were verbally communicating that I need it to come back to me. I asked if it could be sent to my location, but they informed me that it has to get sent back to connect shipping.I then state can they call me once it comes back to them. They said yes, your number is in your account info. Great! Didn’t hear back from them for a couple weeks. I call up at comptrollers to see if they received and signed my application. They did and said they sent it back to connect shipping. So, I call up connect shipping and they inform me they do not have the package. The owner, I believe, said I only paid for a one way shipping and I should’ve checked my receipt. Idk how someone mistakes a one way trip when I’ve reiterated I needed it to come back to me. Why would you call me to let me know the package will come back if you’re only charging me for a one way ticket.I call comptroller and they said even if it was a one way shipping, they would stamp it and send it back. the application is lost and I had to redo it. Will not return. Simple instructions but you try to blame it on me for not looking at receipt when you should know what your customer is ordering. I didn’t mumble. I reiterated it many times. Yes, I should’ve second guessed y’all and checked my receipt. Lesson learned.

I love this shop!! not only do they do awesome shipping they do prints ..they have personalized gifts there for every holiday or special occasion... and they have a great staff that are friendly and knowledgeable ???

Went in there yesterday for a notary service, the lady Kim was very rude and short with us. Funny her attitude changed as soon as another employee was there. Business is great for what you need, I just wish their customer service was better. The gentleman employee was fantastic.

Went in to send a Very Important fax. Payed $3 and was told a conformation email would be sent. Never heard back. So I went to a Official FedEx center to refax. I won't be going back to this long ?

I came in to get some work paper laminated. I was told it cost $3.00 per page. I needed 4 pages laminated. This is the same price that the Fed-Ex building on Kemp charges. The service was quick.

I was looking for a place that could scan blueprints full size and reduce them down to a clipboard - manageable size. I was pretty shocked to find out they had a scanner big enough to handle a 3-ft set of blueprints. They were able to do exactly what I needed, in a variety regular or oddball sizes, not to mention email me PDFs of The originals in full resolution. These guys are great. While I was there I found out they do laser etching as well. I'm going to have to go back when I have more time and see what all they can do. Super nice folks as well!
