Dr Nick Kong is very attentive and the most through Dr I have ever seen. All though he is usually very busy, it is worth any wait so see him. He really cares. I tell all my friends and family about him.

Just got off the phone with the Supposed "CEO" of the clinic. There is not a policy stating that a child cannot switch in the pediatric department and yet they still won't let them. I do not recommend the clinic at all to anyone.

This facility won't actually help you vaccinate your child unless they are a client there. I was attempting to get info about vaccinating my son who is 20 months for covid-19. It's crazy because this place advertises they are a covid-19 vaccine location but in fact only if you are a patient there.

Waited 2+ hours for Clinic Care. Only 2-3 people waiting when I arrived. Was charged PRIOR to seeing the doc. How do they know what would happen with the doc, could be less $ but they would certainly charge me if more $ later. The doc finally came into exam room, 65 minutes in there before she arrived. She barely looked at me, did not examine me before Rxing. I had to ASK the doctor to look in my throat for strep and in ears for infection. She actually said "I didn't want you to cough on me. The antibiotics will cover all infections.". She barely looked at ears and even tho she looked in my throat, it was so brief I do not think she could have made any assessment. She then said I'll call in your Rx. Then walked out the door. Less than 5 minutes after waiting 2+ hours and do not feel as I was treated with respect or any care. She did not even tell me what, if any, diagnoses. What kind of "Patient Care" is this? Is this for everyone? Just towards me? I cannot understand why someone would become a physician and not care. I do not think I am bad patient. I try to be compliant. I try to be kind. This was very much a disappointment. So many poor choices for medical care in WF. So sad for the patients just looking for decent care and to be treated with even minimal respect. Is that too much to ask? Especially when being charged so much $$. So sad.

Haven’t heard back from my sons doctor in a week. No one returns calls or emails. No one in pediatrics to answer the phone.

I recently got my anatomy ultrasound done here, and honestly, the entire experience was SUCH a pleasure!!! Our ultrasound technician was the nicest person ever, SO SWEET, and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! She pointed out so many fun things for my husband and I, and she honestly made our visit the BEST! Even the lady at the check in desk was SUPER nice! You could tell that she was busy, but she still treated us as if we were royalty! Thank you guys SO MUCH for such a wonderful visit!!!?

The older, short-red haired lady in radiology has the absolute worst bed side manners I have ever seen. I have been to my fair share of clinics and hospitals for myself, my children and parents... I have never encountered such an ill-mannered, rude and badly tempered employee anywhere else. I honestly don't know how she is still employed here. I feel badly for the people who have their would be happy baby sonogram done here or coming in nervous not knowing what the outcome of a sono or xray may be. No compassion, no emotion. Rude, quick and running people through like cattle, but talking down to them worse than as if they were an inmate. CNT could do better.

Both of my son go here. And I love it. Their doctor and his staff are amazing. We rarely have to wait long. And my youngest is severly Autistic so waiting just hinders the whole process. They are great with him and thanks to the quick and excellent knowledge of his doctor we caught it early so we could start getting him services. When something comes up last minute and we need clinic care, they are alway on top of it. And do an excellent job. The nurse practioner is just as wonderful and cares very much about the patients.

Gary Ozier M.D. wrote on my parents death certificates death of natural causes when they were tortured and most likely murdered for their money. He had to know better. Bob Winters,my Father had to have a feeding tube inserted into his abdominal wall in the emergency room Downtown At United Reginal Hospital and had three very large old bedsores that required surgery. The felon care giver also neglected my Mother. I was told he was a granny raper. That caregiver last name Buster used my daughters last name, gave her a black eye, snd stole thousands of my money in my rightful inheritance with no justice since 2010. He lied and forged documents legally to steal, and destroy. To this day he owns Det. DAN LAUGHLIN S BMW STOLEN WITH 7 GRAND OF MY DAUGHTERS MONEY DET. LAUGHLIN OWES HER BUT REFUSED TO PAY AND EMBARASSED HER. EVIL.

Called to settle a co-pay. Asked Operator to connect me to Billing, which they did. The phone rang a few times, someone then picked it up, said nothing and HUNG UP ON ME! How rude, unprofessional, unethical, and wholly lacking in common courtesy. I am disgusted with this kind of behavior from them.

went in yesterday with a cough, sore throat, body aches, light headed, runny nose, stuff like that. nurse practitioner told me i wasn’t sick and that it was just “stress and anxiety.” only gave me a strep test that came out negative. went to the bathroom to take a pregnancy test and rushed out because i was about to faint. the nurses took care of me, giving me a fan, water and a cold rag. they said i was extremely pale and sweaty. then after the pregnancy test came back negative and i started feeling better, they sent me home. no more tests or anything. just took an at home covid test. i tested positive. :/

I would rate zero stars if I could. My husband had to get an MRI after his back micro discectomy. The nurse that was suppose to be helping him was very aggressive, careless, and extremely rude. Mind you this is a man that is still recovering from a back surgery. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

Urgent care here is a joke. They recommended and sent my infant son’s prescription to a closed pharmacy. Called the on-call person and was told they “don’t have contact information” for the nurse practitioner that works the urgent care. Thank you for making my 7 month old wait 15 hours to get the antibiotic he needed. NEVER AGAIN.
