Bought some end tables brought them home, put them together didn’t like them they would not return them said basically you’re just stuck with them . Would not recommend shopping there at all. Go to cons go to Ashley do not go to room makers. Their customer service sucks. They did reach out to us and made it right. Better customer service, but the gentleman at roommakers was not to happy about doing the refund. He did not say anything except sign here and it may take 3-5days to show up on bank account.

Yesterday I visited RoomMakers Outlet again because I needed some accent furniture for my new home office. I have purchased several great pieces from Bill. Bill is kind, attentive and always manages to help you find exactly what you are looking for. The pieces are similar to what is at larger stores for a fraction of the price. Thank you Bill for being awesome!

Bill and Paulette were gracious and patient; totally courteous and professional but also kind and offered great suggestions and ideas. My furniture purchases were pleasantly reasonable and everything was delivered on time and set up correctly. Overall great experience for a novice furniture person and I can’t thank you enough!

Love the furniture we got here it was super affordable and comfortable. It did take a while to get but they let us know that when we ordered. Bill is so great he always kept us updated on when it was estimated to arrive as well as letting us know of any delays. He’s also so nice and patient he really helped us get exactly what we wanted. If you’re looking for affordable and comfortable furniture I would definitely check them out!

Great discount store. Bought sleeptronic mattress here made in ft worth and just as advertised had for a month now and still comfy. Nice salesman and lots to choose from. This store is related up Hamilton Bryan we were told and they have a great selection of recliners. Thanks
