Meat person was very helpful and assisted my granddaughter with selecting meats. Cactus ? was little more than I expected.

I love this store. They are the only authentic Mexican butcher shop I have found in Wichita Falls, and they make me feel at home. Reasonably priced, locally sourced and delicious. If you're not shopping here, you're a fool.

No Sweetbread here but I had 2 awesome Barbacoa Tacos. Will most definitely return.
