Prices aren’t bad and the store is clean. However, my wife went in to get her first pair of boots and a hat since she was a child, and was ignored by the staff leaving her to figure everything out by herself. It continued even while checking out where it was pretty apparent that we were in the way and never really answered our questions when we finally got to ask them.

I'm in here quite a bit and I've never had a bad experience.....well if you don't count spending money as a bad experience...? But on the real, great staff, very polite and helpful. Pretty good products too except for certain brands of boots they like to fall apart at the seams when under a little pressure......? J/k, I actually weigh 250 AND work outdoors year round so that's more my fault ? if you're in the area hit em up, they got got just what you need!!! Tell em BJ sent you, they might give you a discount..... probably not though because they have no idea who I am.
P.s. excuse the picture of the boot, it's almost two years old. I'm on my way to a friend's place to get the seam repaired right now, they'll probably last another 2 years that's probably why I'm always in there!!!!

We are traveling and decided to stop in due to my son having a gift card. Having troubles finding my youngest son pants. Jodi went above and beyond just to help us out. Then Josh helped him with a belt and help my other son with a hat. Jodi and Josh were beyond awesome. Thank you!
