“I’ve filed for three years with them great people! Filing online is a different story. I e-filed this year and let me tell you...I haven’t seen it yet. Everyone is switching over to TurboTax and I can see why I filed the second week of February and still NOTHING!! My friend filed hers last week with turbo tax and got it by the weekend.. I LOVE H&R Block but something has got to give. E-filing is supposed to be easier and more convenient and this right here is past convenient.. #whereismymoney?”
