I called these guys to let them know my car was being dropped off and why, at 5:00 pm! The next day when I called to check on the status, it was already fixed! Reasonable bill and free cookies!! “This place is amazing! I went to another glad place in town for a windshield on a 22 Jetta. They took over 6 weeks and “just couldn’t find a window”. Took it too American glass, windshield was installed and ready in less than a week. If you need glass, go here!”

“On the last day on a very long cross country road trip when our check engine came on through Wichita Falls and our car started making a strange sound. Nervous that it could be something that could leave us stranded, we pulled into Jim's Garage.
James greeted me and asked how he could help, I told him the situation and he said although he was extremely busy, he would come out and take a look. After doing a quick a physical check and running a diagnostic, he determined our engine was burning through oil more than it should. We will have to work with our Hyundai Dealer to resolve some bigger issues but he got it up and running enough to make it back home.
I cannot thank James and his crew enough as they did not have to show so much care and thoughtfulness to someone just driving through. Although I may not be in the area again I hope this review serves as an example of the excellent service and knowledge of the staff here. Me, my girlfriend, and our little 10lb pomeranian can not thank Jim's Garage enough.”

“I cannot comment on their actual repair services, but I can comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of Art at Unique Creations. My husband and daughter were on a cross-country trip and the car started shaking violently around 5:30pm. They needed a repair shop and everyone in town they called for help was closing at 6pm. I was able to get Art from Unique Creations on the phone. While his shop wasn't equipped to fix the problem, he talked with me about my issues and recommended the only repair shop in town open until 7pm. My family was able to get the car repaired and get back on the road that evening. Without Art's help, my husband and daughter would have been stuck until businesses opened the next morning. Thank you Unique Creations for your kindness and help!”

“The front metal door to the showroom of our shop was blown off the hinges during high winds. We called a few different companies to repair it. Some didn't deal with that type of door and others didn't seem very interested in getting it done quickly. We called Wichita Glass & Mirror and they were at our shop within minutes. Even leaving for a few minutes to get a part, they had us back in business in less than an hour. Very impressed with their customer service.”
“Was in ery bad situation with my car. Took it to Kelly and he told me up front he didn't know when he could get to it. He was very busy with other projects and still got my vehicle fixed so I could make a trip I had to make to Oklahoma. He even changed spark plugs after he noticed they needed it wer a pain to get to. “Was always curious about Billys, had a transmission line leak so took it there. They called in a coupla hours and had re-routed the lines, beautiful job on the cheap! Next trip was an a/c condenser coil replacement done quick and professionally, not so cheap this time (Chevrolet is proud of their parts). Calling them today for some brake work. Extremely happy with Billys and crew!”

“Took my 2008 vehicle in due to ABS warning light. They checked the brakes and determined they were still good for at least 30,000 miles. Added some brake fluid, which so far, has eliminated the warning light. I picked up the vehicle and there was no charge. Great experience and very friendly folks!”
