“Stone Creek Ranch had such homey and welcoming environment. The grounds are always so well-kept and it is a quiet community. The office staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful whenever we may need something. The units are spacious and I love that a washer and dryer are included in all units. Stone Creek is also in a great central location in town. The Wichita Falls bike/running/multiuse path is right outside of our back door. I’ve loved being able to walk out and use that.We’ve been very pleased with our experience here thus far.”

They were so friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I move there in less than a week and I am really looking forward to it. They really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of!”

“One of the best apartment complexes to live in the WF area! It is right next to a lot food places and beauty areas in the city! My only thing is the location of the washer and dryers! Gotta be mindful during the winter! I love the leasing office and staff! The leasing office has always been super helpful and it’s really a peaceful place to stay. Highly recommend moving here!”
“This is affordable place to live 625 all.bills paid.for a one bedroom and 550 for a efficiency. Very nice people live here mostly older people, the manager Kim has done a great job getting the bad people that used to live here out”

“I was given a very short notice from my previous apt complex and came to Tealwood. From the get go both ladies in the office, Carlee and Sharmeana did what it takes usually 2-3 weeks and got me an apartment. I was so thankful and happy. Every time I have been in the office both ladies greet and talk to me. The maintenance men here are on point as well. I am so glad that the heart they have and the job they did for me worked out so well!! Thank you ladies, I love my apt and hope to be here for a loooong time!!???????.”
“Nice small family apartment with affordable payment. The office manager Laurie is amazing. She always makes time for the residents and to listen to any problems they may have. She is also quick to have there problems solved. Along with Victor the maintenance pro. I never had a problem that was not fixed in a timely manner and never had to ask twice for maintenance problems.”
“My dishwasher and garbage disposal was on the outs. I have home health and didn't want the 2 to be at same time. Instead of waiting which I conveyed to office was fine, they sent maintenance over within an hour!! Not only did they fix the problem, they worked within my schedule. Other apts that I have resided, I have waited 2 days to get my one and only toilet fixed. Polite and speedy with a smile. What else could you ask for? Thumbs up.”

Upon speaking with the apartment manager and explaining to her my time line. She went above and beyond to work with me and made sure the unit was ready In time for me to move In. She was polite,approached the situation with a sense of urgency, and very accommodating. All In all. One of the best experiences I've had renting an apartment!”
