I was referred to Alleys from a coworker. I have an old GMC Envoy that I love. It has over 200 thousand miles on it. Still I want to drive as long as I can. They fixed my issue and now my vehicle drives like a dream. I will take all repairs to Alleys. I Thank You!!!

Took my vehicle here ,they quoted me $800 to replace the alternator, I agreed. When I went to pick it up a WEEK LATER, they charged me $200 for some "rewiring"(replaced a plug) -a week and a half later, my car is doing the same thing I took it in for.

Great people to work with, really professional. After talking to others shops about my trucks promblem they all wanted to swap the head. Alleys generator shop took the time to figure out i didn't have to swap heads and got my truck going in a timely manner. I recommend this shop to anyone. Great honest people that know what there doing.

had a pretty good experience with the shop. prices are a bit high on certain things. They are fair with their diagnostic charge. Took them a few days to pin point my issue BUT after they found out what was throwing my p0171 code. They called me and told me how much it would be to replace it. I ended up just paying for the diagnostic charge and air filter. I replaced the Fuel pump myself. Mr. Floyd is fair though!

Absolutely rude!!Asked for one bearing replacement, and I have already bought the part....wanted to charge me with $325 just for replacing it.Save your money and go somewhere else.
