They got the best pizza in the whole town and their service is amazing. People are friendly and the area is clean. I love to go there for food, drinks, snacks, and for the people that always treat you like family.

Obviously gas station jobs are not careers unless it's like a respectable company like QT. This place hear likes to take advantage of young employees like high school kids. The owners Sanjay and Rai like to tell young employees that they don't get paid if they don't make 15 pizzas a day, even though they are hourly. Time cards mysteriously disappear and they pay them whatever benefits their business. If you work there please get your hours signed off daily or snap shot it. Sanjay and Rai like to play d*** and will pay you whatever they want. Whitney is such a great small town to be letting these kind of employers take advantage of you or your family. I personally don't purchase anything from small businesses like Jake's that are not American owned. Spread this message if you live in Whitney. Small towns can't grow or improve with places like this one taking advantage of of you or loved ones.

Jake's is the most popular pizza joint in town. For football games, for dinners, lunch, or any time... their pizzas are delicious and I've known the people behind the scenes since I was a little girl. They are very friendly and work their butts off when things get busy. I love their alpine bread (pretty much garlic cheesy bread, but it's so good), their fries, burgers, calzones, and any kind of their pizza. The second that they brush a delicious buttery sauce on the crust, you'll probably become a person who eats the crust, like I did. Every bite of the pizza is good. Good food, good price, and good people.

Stopped in here on a recent road trip and the selection of coffees in the Coffee Cave was amazing. Delicious brews. I won't even be stopping at Starbucks anymore when I know I'll be going through Whitney.
