They NEVER answer the phone! It doesn’t go to vmail and I don’t know how to get to them. I need answers BEFORE I drive to them.

Yes,sometimes they get busy & you might have to wait patiently(probablya busy pharmacy because of the qualityof their service).My friend uses MANYmeds,& they're normally right "on topof it", often even before we call it in.They've always been very helpful there.
