This store treated my 83 year old disabled aunt, which is on daily Chemo totally disrespectful! They refused to go around the counter and shoot the large bag of dog food from her basket. She was told she had to put it on the counter and that the owner told the employees not to help her with anything. I called to confirm what my aunt said and 2 employees confirmed that this is true! She spends hundreds of dollars there every month because it's close by. Hopefully, that will stop from her and many other customers!! They would not even give me the Corp number, which I got from Google. Corporate was not happy with the situation! Please think about going somewhere else to spend your money where you will be respected and appreciated!! Think about what if this was your Elderly Mom, Aunt, Sister, Dad, Uncle, etc.!
BY THE WAY, THIS STORE DID NOT REFUSE TO TAKE HER MONEY! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HER SERVICE, WHICH WAS PROVIDED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER! SHE HAD TO HAVE HER PET SUPPLIES BEFORE DARK, BECAUSE IT'S HARD TO SEE IN THE DARK! SHAME ON YOU! I PRAY YOU PEOPLE ARE TREATED BETTER WHEN YOU'RE UP IN YEARS! YOU MIGHT THINK BACK ON WHAT YOU SHOULD AND SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE!

When I walked in to the store there was no one to be found, after ringing the bell at the register, still no one, once I had to track down an knock on the office door to find an employee. The girl Kayman seemed like it was such an inconvenience that she had to get up to actually do her job an help a customer, very rude an unfriendly. Seemed like she didn't want to do her job or deal with customers. Don't think she should be in customer service if this is how she is literally everytime I go into the store. Nor does she seem like she needs a job on the outside world if she can't stay out of the office I suggest an at home office job.

Today, August 2 , 2022 around 425 pm..I entered the store to purchase a few items, noticed a new self check out installed which was in use, I called for cashier to check me out and was rudely informed that per the corporate office we were to use the self check out unless we were purchasing tobacco products and she refused to check me out...this is unacceptable customer service ...not a happy customer
