This dude is a clown. He over charges and gets you to think you've got all kinds of coverage, when in reality you've got almost no coverage yet your paying thru the nose. Check your policies, and get a second opinion.

i have had insurance through Dillards for over a year and up until this month was satisfied...my payments is due today, I called yesterday to make that payment and was informed that all the staff was busy with customers ( well what am I? )that they would call me back....no call back...called again today and was told the same thing, i hung up, i dont think thats good customer service at all and its sure not the way to keep customers coming back...
