Firstly, it was terrible that they bought out Brookshire's pharmacy then shut down the location in Clifton. Now, I can't even get through on the phone. Recording says, "you will be disconnected" and hangs up.

They have the lines all the way to the front door . People are standing in line outside. I’ve been in line for 20 minutes only moved once. Get your stuff somewhere else. Ain’t worth it

On hold to get status on my prescription for 52 minutes. Never go notified that my prescription was ready. Was much better when it was Brookshire’s in Hillsboro.

wallgreens new on hold for consultation with pharmacy personel is TERRIBLE. SAYS 3 CALLERS AHEAD OF YOU. 20 MINUTES LATER + THEY ANSWER " MAYBE".

This is a poor excuse for a pharmacy that I've ever witnessed in my life customer. service is non-existent and you have to wait for a very long time to get anything done and then they tell you to move to the next line.I will not be back!

The first time I had an rx filled here, I never got a call or text that it was ready, forgot about it, and they returned it to stock. I called in a refill a couple of weeks ago, never received a call that it was ready. I just called to ask if it was ready and they hung up on me!!!! I wasn’t rude or anything! I just asked if my rx was ready and if they notify people when it’s ready! It was necessary to hang up on a customer! I’m transferring my rx to CVS!

This is for corporate. I hate to be asked my phone number. I don’t want other people/ customers/ employees. Knowing my phone number. If I give fictitious number. Then your asking to lie. Or if I say. I don’t care to give my number. Your employee said’ I am just trying to help you save money’ I said I would care not to announce my phone number to strangers. This is 2022 I don’t care to give my phone number to strangers. What in the hell is wrong with you. This is just crazy. Ask people your customers their phone number to announce to strangers and your employee. I think you need to reevaluate this strategy. And terminated immediately. I try never to go to any of your store. Horrible customer Relations
