It really is ridiculous that the new owners changed the access hours from 24 hours to 6am -9pm. And to require renters insurance or you charge tenants an extra fee? I’ve been a customer here for years but I’ll definitely be moving to a different facility asap!

Personnel are friendly and professional. Had no issues with the climate controlled unit I rented. Well maintained establishment. Will rent from again when needed.

American Self Storage in Whitney TX is run so professionally. The owner is always on site during business hours and is great to work with. We have had our storage there for almost two years. The property is always clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend this storage facility if you are needing to store your stuff!

These guys were great, we arrived before business hours and the opened to accommodate us, also very helpful recommending local businesses to us (upon our request) since we're new to the area. We'll definitely do future business with them for any storage or truck rental needs.
