So glad Dennards is a Stihl dealer. I brought my Weedwacker for help with restringing it. It turns out it needed a whole new head. The guys found the right part for my unit. They installed it and showed me how to restring it, since it was different from the previous head. I really appreciate their assistance and they told me to bring it in next time it needs to be restrung, if I need help with it, in the future. Reasonable prices. Conveniently located and helpful people.

My dad and my son have both bought gravely mowers with a "warranty". It's a joke. They don't call if there's non-warranty work that needs done (even if you tell them to) and they charge a fortune for it. An oil change, air filter and a little welding on the deck, was $600. My dad's mower wouldn't charge the battery, so they replaced the battery ($134) and it went dead again because it still wasn't charging. Had to take it back and finally get that fixed. My son's mower just went in and same story as usual. Now they've voided the warranty because I finally had enough and pushed back.
Buy at your own risk.

The management at Whitesboro Dennards is incredible. A couple of years ago, my toddler girl was going to buy a toy with her egg money and she dropped it somewhere in the store. We couldn’t find it so we left.
A few months later, we were back and the manager approached us with the $10 my daughter had dropped. I couldn’t believe he hung onto it, recognized us and went out of his way to give it back. The day it was lost, we didn’t mention it so I have no idea how he knew it belonged to my daughter but his kindness and integrity blew me away. Thank you!

I wouldn't recommend buying equipment here. The warranty is useless. Buyer BEWARE. Customer service is something to beware of too- not friendly.

Lots of inventory. Prices are ok. Some things a little pricey but some things very good prices but lots of places like that nowadays. Friendly.
