The staff were friendly and flexible. The equipment and first big bag of ammo was included in the price of admission. There were plenty of cool obstacles including a pickup truck. Everyone in our party left exhausted and satisfied albeit bruised. We will definitely be back. There’s plenty of shade too.

Great place overall! The course was well maintained and almost entirely litter free. We had some issues with vests connecting for laser tag and people being put on the wrong team, which led to some confusion and frustration during game play. For the vest/blaster issues we were given a free round, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely come back again!

If you want to show up for your 12 year olds birthday party and them be completely out of CO2 and non-working airsoft guns as the backup plan then go for it but I will never recommend this place to ANYONE. I have yet to hear from the owner/manager to apologize or offer anything for almost ruining my sons party. Thank goodness for good friends and better businesses.

Update: they called the next day and met us there, got our phone back, all ok! Had a great time, but my son left his cell phone. I've tried for 2 days to get someone to answer the phone so we can come back and get it. No response yet. Please call me!

So fun! Something different to do in Tyler. We host some teens from Germany and took them to Zed Crossfire. The course was a blast, as it's in the woods. We made reservations and got to choose from paintball, airsoft and lazer tag. We did the lazer tag and brought pizza to enjoy in the upstairs deck afterwards. It's very realistic, rustic and clean with helpful employees. Fun times!

No help at all. Spoke to a guy around about 4 waitied an hour for him to finally call back and rudely tell us we need to make a reservation a day in advance which he could have told us when we first called and asked about playing TODAY. He cancled our reservation saying he didnt like being spoken to the way he was when all i did was say it took us numerous times to get ahold of him and it was already handled. Sad and unprofessional

Reservation only. Nice place for younger kids due to small space. It might get crowded with large group of adults. Nice upper deck for small parties. We will return !

Best laser tag I've ever played! I went here for my Birthday! The field is in the woods and has a bunch of cool obstacles to hide behind and shoot from. The staff were very friendly and helpful if we had any technical issues. And if you're not playing, you can sit in the two story open air lounge overlooking the field. It doesn't have indoor plumbing (it has portapotties) but the place is still a work in progress. It's a good price for what you're getting. I definitely recommend this place for weekend activities, birthdays, or whatever you want.

Family had a great time here. The wind was really strong so we were not able to fully enjoy both zip lines, but the staff was wonderful!! W are definitely going back.

We went this weekend and had a blast but I was pretty frustrated our first game was completely wasted trying to figure out all the mechanics. I had never played any laser tag before and no one explained how the game works. We were instructed on how to reload our weapons and where the bases were. However our guns weren't working so we got a new kind which reloaded differently and none explained them. And it's pretty complicated, you have to remove the clue open a little door on it and push a button, not something you'll figure out on your own. Then none explained that you have to shoot someone twice to count. So I'd shoot, their vest would light up and I thought I got them but they were still alive and would kill me. And no one explained you have to go back and push a button in your tent to reset. Just frustrating. Also you have got to have a sensor on your head! Have to! Because if you can get to sniper tower and keep your shoulders down your invincible and some kid kept picking us off cuz we couldnt get to him. You're going for realistic but you can use the limitations of the sensors to your advance and just protect your chest. It was fun but for $25 a head for ONE hour, I better know all the rules before my timer starts!
