“Wow! Came into town to visit my d-in law, son, and grandchildren, my 2020 Jeep Rubicon starting overheating at idle. Was only going to be in a few days and couldn’t spend much time with a dead vehicle. Thru some friends of my son’s, we were referred to T+C Tire and auto center. I talked to Mike late in the afternoon and he said bring it in first thing in the morning. Brought it by first thing the next morning and they diagnosed a few problems and had the parts brought in that morning and installed by the afternoon and I picked it up late that evening. Great people, Great service. Mike is very personable and even though he wasn’t the mechanic he knew exactly what was going on and took me back to explain the issues. Breath of fresh air! Would give more than 5 stars if they’d let me.”
“We was visiting our daughter for homecoming and the car wouldn’t start. Not knowing any mechanic shops in the area we googled but confirmed with people we knew.We suspected the starter , called explained what we was experiencing. They instantly sent a tow truck and guanteeed they would be finished by 5:00pm, keep in mind we are out of state celebrating homecoming . So we Uber until back to the hotel. “Great people. Free shuttle home and back to pick up my truck. Didn't even know it until the guy dropped me off, but Ralph, the owner, was the guy that drove me home. Great guy. Professional, but he acted like a regular guy. Great conversation. Seemed very knowledgeable. The inspection was very thorough. They will get my business again! I'm a YouTube mechanic, so I'll be fixing all the issues they found myself as they were all minor, easy DIY issues, but I'll be buying my tires from them, and they'll be doing any engine work needed on my 5.4l triton; which I expect to start showing up in the next year or two.”

“I just had some front end repairs completed recently on my 2017 Subaru Outback at Bill Day Tire on Broadway Avenue in Tyler, TX. I am very happy with the excellent job completed by the very knowledgeable mechanics at Bill Day Tire. I'm also impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff that greeted me when I arrived. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my car. It was going to be a fairly long repair job of over two hours so Richard offered to take home & come pick me up when the repair was done. I'm very impressed with the kindness and treatment I received at Bill Day Tire and my car drives like it's brand new!!
