Coby at SRT has been great. I’ve been there a few times for brakes and he’s always ready to diagnose the issue and explain repair options without any pressure. Showed me the rotors so I know it needed to be replaced. Prompt and trustworthy, hard to find these days.

Had a very positive experience with SRT. My car has a mystery illness that has been stumping all the mechanics it has been to. I was in town from Dallas and just needed someone to take a look over the car before I hit the road back home. They ran about 5 hours worth of diagnostics and were extremely communicative along the way. They talked me down from what could have been a very pricey replacement that I thought I might need, and were thorough in testing every possible issue.

Honesty is their policy. I thought for sure I needed new brakes T 70k miles , 2019 Ford 250. They inspected fpr free and could have lied. I would have paid. They said I had many more mikes to go before brakes wrre needed. Excellent job SRT!

I took my car to SRT for the first time, today to have my AC checked. Those I checked with by phone, prior said it was probably just low on refrigerant, but I felt otherwise. Sure enough, SRT quickly found the problem, gave me quote and I had them go ahead. Very friendly and honest. They even showed me the old parts, pointing out the problem. I was out in a couple of hours. I recommend them to anyone.

I was charged a little less than 600$ for replacing an alternator. I double checked with the parts stores they are notorious for using, O'Rielly and auto zone, and the manufacturer price is 380 and actual retail price with no discount or promotions applied is 175$. There is no consistency with this shop when it comes to price and will NOT be using them again.
