This is a horrible pharmacy. Do not fill your prescriptions here. They will not run your insurance even when you have provided the card and it’s even on file from previous fills. I should not have to tell the staff to run the insurance and provide the name of the insurance company every time I pick up a medication. I was told by Anna at the pharmacy that I have to do that even though I only have one insurance on file and they should automatically run it every time. It was very hard to even communicate with Anna and hard to understand. Hopefully in the future the way they do things will be improved by my review.

Went to pick up a prescription for my mom, the lady in the white coat (assuming manager) was super rude, and disrespectful. It was so unprofessional as her whole job is dealing with customers, she should at least be nice. It also look about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line when there was only 1 person ahead of us and about 3 workers. Which half of them looked like they were just hanging around not doing anything. Super frustrating. Anyways the assumed manager was a real (not nice word).

Pharmacy: my meds were $100, had them transferred to Walmart and they were $25. SHOP AROUND!!!

Thought I would give them a try despite a bad rap on their reviews as I just moved here. Ya. Big mistake. I won’t even bother to list all my issues. Will be moving all my prescriptions asap to somewhere in Tyler anywhere has to be better than here.

The automated system will not allow you through to a staff member to speak live. Every CVS is like this now, I had to drive to the location to speak with someone

Pharmacist and people in the pharmacy are super unprofessional. Super rude on the phone and messing up my prescriptions now for the last couple of months. Will not be using them again.

CVS in Whitehouse has screwed up my prescriptions for the last four months. I have been a customer for the last seven years, taking the same medicine, prescribed by the same doctor. My insurance pays for all of my prescriptions in full, for 30 day prescriptions. Four months ago CVS changed them from 30 days to 90 days. My insurance does not pay in full for 90 day prescriptions. The last three times I have picked up my medicine, I have had to wait 20 - 30 minutes while they recounted my pills. I have been told "we will straighten this out" for the last 3 months. Today, I stood in line for 15 minutes, behind someone else that had their prescriptions filled wrong. When they finally brought mine, they still had it wrong. I told them that they could use the pills for suppositories. I am taking my business to a more professional pharmacy. These jerks can't get anything right. Save yourself repeated trips, long waits, and incorrect prescriptions prescriptions and DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE.

The pharmacy is Very unprofessional. The pharmacist doesn't pay attention to their customers due to having long conversations that aren't even a consult because you can hear the conversation. Waited in line outside for 15 minutes. Decided to come in. Waited 30 minutes inside after having a C-section & kids with me!
