This location is so great! Even though it doesn't have all of the things that the larger grocery stores in Tyler have it's so convenient and has friendly staff.

Lady in check out area could be more customer service. Very rude. Instead of saying leave it in the bag etc. she could have nicely said could you please leave it in the bag. Some of these young people do not know how to talk to people.

Horrible. Trying to reach pharmacy to transfer prescription from Walgreens @ Brookshires on 5th Street Tyler. Automated system says connecting me then terminates call when calling pharmacy phone number. Call to main number for Brookshires and was told just keep trying. Call to Walgreens @ brookshires on 5th and told keep trying to call. Amazing to me that no one can offer any alternatives when automated systems are not working nor does anyone care. So different from the work ethic I was taught both from my parents and my employers including Brookshires.

Brookshire’s sucks! Have u ever been somewhere like Sprouts…or HEB? They both have better stuff, cheaper prices and shorter lines
