“My car started missing so bad I thought it would leave me on the side of the road. I called Banny's and he gave me the price for checking it out for me which I thought was more than reasonable plus if he found what needed to be done and actually did the repair for me the diagnostic fee would not be charged. He called me with the diagnosis and the cost. I thought it was reasonable in comparison to similar repairs I had experienced a few years ago. I took my car, and
had a friend pick me up. We had another errand or two to run, went to eat lunch, and not long Benny called and had my car running like a top! I am very pleased with the down home friendliness, straightforward explanations pricing, and staying in contact. All done in one day with time to spare. He was forthcoming about what he does and doesn't do in mechanic work and didn't try to tell me I needed other work. He checked other things out for me that he reported were fine.

“I give Auto Express 5☆ because of the quality of their work and how they genuinely care for their customers. Patrick and his employees are professional are very knowledgeable. They always call you before they do anything on your vehicle. I have taken multiple vehicles to Auto Express to either get a diagnostic or getting something repaired they were upfront and honest about what need to be done. I had a 2006 Toyota Sienna's front struts replaced. I also had a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT that wasn't running right and started knocking. Patrick diagnosed the problem and found out the 3 of the cams were eaten up. His crew totally rebuilt the top end of the engine and it ran like a dream. I have recommended Auto Express to multiple and if or when I have car issues in the future this is the auto shop I'll be taking it to. Highly recommend these these guys as they lead with integrity!”

“I'm not one to write many reviews, but this shop is worth mentioning. I have a 2021 VW Jetta and noticed oil leaking from my car. I spoke to Charles on Monday, and let him know my concerns and the tight schedule I had. I had to fix the oil leak by the weekend, and they reassured that they will take care of me. Long story short, they diagnosed and fixed my problem, and I got my car by Wednesday. Friendly, reliable, and reasonable price. I was only charged for 1 hour of service.”

“Farooq was very honest and easy to deal with. I would be coming from Houston to see the car and Farooq took time to answer my questions, even did a Face Time road test to show me the vehicle so I would know it was worth my time to drive 4 hours to see it. Once I was on site there was no pressure to buy, he allowed me to get an independent mechanic inspection and in the end I made the deal. I will not hesitate to reach out to Farooq next time I am in the market for a used car.”
