I’m Australian and have gone in for a SIM card that I can use when I make my regular trips over. I don’t know if it’s standard in America but if a SIM card expires you can’t renew it and keep the number, you have to pay for a new SIM card, set up a new number and pay all the extra fees with it. Along with this I’m unable to pay online because of my international address so I have to pay extra fees every time.I’ve had problems almost every time I’ve been over, mainly that the international calling and texting doesn’t work so I have to go in repeatedly for the staff to have to call up a manager because they don’t know what they’re doingOn a positive note, the staff were very upbeat and had good customer service but knew very little about what she was doing.

As usual very good service, with the people who helped me. A little more training is needed for some on tech problems and especially new hires . Lack of knowledge is the biggest problem. But the attitude is a real plus. Thanks for the help.

This was the FIRST time EVER visiting a MetroPCS that we were treated as a valued customer! Junior (JR) is the young man that should handle all of the training for EVERY store and every employee in the art of true customer service! This will be our only store we visit now! Where ever he obtained his customer service skills he should be recognized for them! You guys rock!

Name kell,, always have had a very good experience with metroPCS but this time takes the cake. Jr went out of his way and went over everthing while assisting me with my purchase of a new pbone and just when he had the right plan, he had it nailed, jus to find out they were out of that, Jr wasnt alright with that , he made the call and five min later bis uncle walked in with that phone. I luv'em they get the highest rating
