Nice on the phone, rude in person. Customer service matters. Therefore, I opted to take my vehicle to a different shop.

Very disappointed with this company. I am sure they do great work as I was referred to them by lincoln but I was never given the chance to find out. This company is over a month out to get your vehicle fixed my insurance gave me tell the 6th to get full quote on my car. I had the appointment in my phone calendar. My phone broke so I had to get another. This company never called as a reminder. Instead of calling me they called the next person in line. I called when my insurance company called me letting me know they never got the quote. I immediately called them and they said they called the next person in line and I would have to wait another month. If they had called me the car would have been there in 20 minutes. So thanks for costing me all the repair expenses as my insurance I closing my claim.

My daughter got in a very minor accident and the side panel was slicing into her tire. I met Paul at the Crash Clinic. He just walked outside and pulled out the panel on the spot and got the bumper and panel buttoned back up. I was there for like 5 to 10 minutes. Very nice guy and I'd do business with his shop for sure.Service: Body & Trim

This is the absolute best place to take your car. The owner is very honest and will not rip you off. He is such a great person. I have had such horrible experiences at other car places where I have been taken advantage of and been over charged. I've been unfortunate enough to be involved in 2 accidents since moving to Fort Worth 3.5 years ago and Paul at the Crash Clinic was recommended to me by my fiancee. I moved from Amarillo and the guys who had done work on vehicles there had spoiled me and so my expectations were that Paul would be good, but not quite as good with his work or service as the guys I had been working with for 20 years. I was wrong. Paul and the Crash Clinic Guys are modern-day Master Craftsmen. The quality of their work and level of detail that they will address to make sure your vehicle is as good as new is amazing. They also have a tendency to address the little things, little details that other shops would overlook. I cannot recommend them more highly. I worked across the street from a body shop, it would have been FAR for convenient for me to take it to the shop across the street. The Crash Clinic is about 35 minutes from home. I will continue to take my vehicles to Paul and the guys at the Crash Clinic. It's worth the extra effort.

Paul and his team did an excellent job repairing my 2017 Tundra. Looks like new! I will definitely bring my vehicles to him for any body repair.
