What’s the deal with your store manager in white settlement?!?! BOOT BARN CORPORATE WAKE UP you have a complete KAREN running your store! All the other locations the store managers are friendly to customers and kind to their employees. This one is a bully!!! Why are you allowing this to happen?! What I witnessed this weekend is disgusting and I was completely shocked. She was belittling the staff right in front of us. You could feel the tension and I felt so sorry for the staff!! There were a lot of high school kids and they’re terrified. You don’t allow complete power and allow mistreatment of others of any kind! Ask ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES PRIVATELY without fear of repercussions about their manager and you’ll see. DO BETTER BOOT BARN CORPORATE PROTECT YOUR PATRONS AND YOUR STAFF!! Put someone else in her place that is kind and capable!!

What’s the deal with the store manager in white settlement?! BOOT BARN CORPORATE WAKE UP! You have a complete KAREN running your store!!! I’ve been to two other locations and the store managers and employees have been wonderful and this one in White Settlement is horrible. It’s the FEMALE MANAGER that has a horrible attitude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had gone in there with a couple of my good friends looking to buy some new outfits and we witnessed her belittling and bullying the other employees and being rude to some of the customers. It made me so sick I wanted to record her! Something needs to be done now because I will tell everyone I know to not go to this store due to the female managers attitude and laziness. If something is not done about this I will take it to our local news station and put the Boot Barn in White Settlement on blast for everyone to see!

It was definitely one of my favorite stores, I went to change a chain that I had bought for a gift, which did not fit the person, when I arrived I went to see others to choose one, an employee arrived and told me that I had to leave the store. bag at the entrance, and he took it and at the exit I told him that I wanted to change it and he told me that all the chains were the same size, and the attitude was very bad, he did not want to change it for a longer one, very bad service ,

The for sale items were not on sale, the staff are unresponsive so don’t have a heart attack while shopping! Disappointed in their product line, boring, not enough glitter, boring like their sleepy staff. I did find a cute top and belt, learned the shirt had just been returned. lol Don’t donut head to the Stockyards!

We have always shopped at the Burleson location and the Hertiage location and everyone is always so welcoming, by far this location has the worst customer service. On top of being a customer that spends a lot of money at boot barn we are people that treat everyone with respect everywhere we go. Today my husband was accused of theft at this location, he bought an item, when he walked out after his purchase the alarm went off. My husband did everything they asked of him and the GM did not apologize or said a word to him just looked at him even after verifying that he did not steal anything. He has never felt this disrespected and racially profiled in his life. This is very sad that he had such a terrible experience. We will not be going back to this location.

The smell of leather in this store is amazing, so many good boots and hats here. Wish I had a bigger budget, those nice boots got a hefty price tag. The staff was very patient and helpful, I will definitely return here for my next pair of boots.

Went in to look at the "clearance sale" (hey,I'm not gonna pass up on a bargain), but found 3 racks for men. Now women? 15 racks of clothes, mostly summer styles from 2023. My wife and daughter found dresses and I did find a shirt, but selection was space for men, hence 4 not the full 5.

I walked into Boot Barn located at Cherry Lane and IH-30 tonight about an hour before closing time. I was the only customer there with three employees on the floor. Not a single one asked if they could help me. I was shopping for and would have bought a Stetson hat if somebody had bothered to acknowledge me.

A little disappointed. I was in there at least 30 minutes and the only help I got was a "hi". Plus I guess you have to have what you want either shipped in or just order online. Maybe I didn't read the fine print. All I know is that they didn't have anything close to what I wanted on the rack. Maybe I'll check back some other time.

Okay, so over the course of a few days I visited 2 different Boot Barns. This location in Fort Worth and a location in Round Rock. The experience was the same. Describe it as just lacking.This place is like a Walmart. All it needs is self checkout.Employees, but no real help.Round Rock: shopped for boots for 45 minutes and nobody approached me. Start to walk to the cashier and someone runs up to me and says to make sure to tell the cashier they helped me. Nah, I didn’t fall for it. You aren’t getting the credit for my sales. Looked at hats, again no help. Cashier asked me who helped me today. Nobody. Explained the situation and told her to do what was right for who got the commission. So she put her name as the salesperson. Smh. $300 spent here.Fort Worth- Spent almost 2 hours in here. I had to approach someone for assistance though there were only 2 people shopping in the store. Lady was nice but was really only good for opening the changing room door as the other person shopping was asking about boots and the lady had no idea and didn’t know where the “boot guy” was to help the man.Again I tried to look at hats to purchase and after 20 minutes of waiting and nobody acknowledging me I got the ladder myself and started to get hats down for me myself.I ALMOST bought a hat despite feeling cheated out of my shopping experience but I didn’t after all.Got home and looked at my receipt. Something was wrong. Price didn’t look right and it also stated a brand I didn’t buy. Jeans I bought were tagged wrong.I had to make the 40 minute drive back to correct the issue. So 80 minutes of time and gas money. $200 spent here.Let’s not get started about their APP and loyalty program they signed me up for. It showed my points then zeroed the points out. I deleted the app and didn’t bother asking about my points.I don’t hate the store and concept but geeze it sucks.I found a local family owned western store that was cheaper and better customer service. I ended up buying a hat with the small store and spent another $1000 there.Money that would have been Boot Barn’s but they didn’t want the business I guess.Oh, why don’t you give boot boxes when you buy some? Weird.
