“after my last servicing at a dealership and was subjugated to their demands for $7k in recommended maintenance and 4 days later received a hard sell and demands for an appointment to do that recommended maintenance . mind you, not repairs just recommended maintenance. it was my joy to come here. They were quick, thorough and just flat out nice. Highly recommend!”
“Not only did the car dealer want to charge me $11k to fix the problem they charged me $200 just to diagnose it. Came here and they were able to fix it for $300 not $11k….. Everyone here was nice, helpful and quick I was able to get my car back the next day. They went above and beyond for me. they called and asked if I was able to pick it up before closing and I told them I could that I just had to order and wait for an Uber but he said not to worry that he could come pick me up to get my car!!! This is the only place I will be going to from now on!!”

“I hit something in the road and bent my rim and blew out my tire. Alfredo came to my house took the tire put on my spare for me. A few hours later picked up the rim and tire and instal. Such a wonderful job! Can’t see where he fixed rim! I was SO worried that the rim was gonna be trash! Cat drives great! Great price, above and beyond customer service and VERY good price! Thank you SO MUCH!”
“Mike is an amazing guy. Not only did he help us with one tire but he checked all three of our other tires and noticed that we also needed two back tires. We were tight on funds but he was a huge blessing to my family. He conversated with us throughout the entire time. His sons were great two. Fast speedy service to get us headed back to Vegas. “Stopped in to get my car inspected and was greeted by Adam, the owner. He asked for insurance information and my keys. He was gone about 10 minutes. When he came back, he had everything done. All the paperwork was completed & I was back on my way. The office where he had me wait was cool & comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend A-1 Discount Tire for any automotive needs.”
“Great place I worked their for a while and needed to get more experience the expectations that Andrew ask is for a reason. The quality is above and beyond and they really are the most skilled group of guys and know their trades and it might be more than a few other shops but when you get service on your vehicle you want the care and love you would expect if the work was been done to their own cars well that’s extra few dollars is what they deliver. After working there I went to a bigger shop nationwide known and they are fast and I don’t know if the customer was satisfied that’s what customer service is for ?? and the big shops are waiting for the customers that want fast and low prices bc that’s what their selling fast and cheap so you keep coming back until they finally get to the real issue they don’t care that you depend on that vehicle . I couldn’t do it any more I felt like a jerk working at a place that does business like that I’m hoping that I can get another chance because I love working on cars but I love to be of service to my community and the only place I know that does it the right way is at Tildens. Even if I can’t get back on the team I won’t change a word because I live in White Settlement and west part of Fort Worth or someone that is looking for a shop that will shoot you straight and treat you like a person with respect this is it .”
