“Had a wonderful experience with one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life today. Me and my wife got our passports done at this post office and Gerald was the guy who took care of us. He was so nice and easy to deal with. We had some laughs and just an overall GREAT experience working with him. He was very professional yet kind and patient and made the process enjoyable. In this world that seems so chaotic and hateful great people do still exist and brings me much happiness meeting him and interacting with him. Although we did differ on nfl teams we had some good laughs as he processed our paperwork. He is a very special unique individual and I felt honored to have shook his hand as we left. “I rarely go to the post office, but I needed to get stamps so I could mail my mother's bills now that she is in a nursing home. The worker at the counter was by far the nicest postal employee I've ever seen. The encounter improved my mood enough that I was looking forward to getting home so I could leave a positive review.”
“I can't speak to the service here in terms of delivery, but I did speak with Robin about a p.o. box and she was VERY professional and helpful; she found out the information I needed, plus gave me extra direction on how to do some of the same stuff online. 5 stars for her!By the way, if you get mail through Gladewater, you'll be happy to know it's processed through Shreveport, which in my experience is FAR more efficient and quicker than anything sent through Dallas.”

“There's usually a short wait at the counter and the clerks are very helpful. However, I got there today shortly after noon and the inner door was locked. A sign on the door said they would be back at 12:30. They need to update their Google listing to include their lunch hour, not just the 8-4 listed. It would have saved me a trip during my lunch hour.”
