“Went in to apply for a loan and we normally work with Debra ( she is awesome) but Debra was busy and put us with Skye Weeks. She was amazing and fast, she explained a lot of questions I had to where I understood them, while all the time I had been doing somethings wrong where I put money on a loan payment. ETPCU has always been good to us. Not only to me but now my son banks there and has started his credit with them and has been able to get loans that he thought at age 19 he would not be able to get. Our whole family banks here at the ETPCU in Kilgore. We love them.”

“I was a member of the East Texas Credit Union, which was absorbed into ETPCU in the merger. I recently had a problem when the chip on my card malfunctioned. When I called to inquire about getting a new card, I was able to get through fairly quickly (which I did not anticipate). I spoke with Josha in the Member Services Department at the Longview, TX location. She was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful!”
