Poor customer service. Didn't seem to want my business. I gave up trying open account.

The greeting and service is nice but they definitely need to get more help because if there is an issue it takes them a while to get back to you. I have to keep calling or going in to resolve an online banking issue and because they only have one banker he is overwhelmed. Dakota is really nice and helpful but does need... read full comment

From my experience..everything has been great!! Customer service, tellers, all just wonderful!! Dakota is great!! Thank you all!!! I enjoy having my account at prosperity ..unlike that pile of a credit union... (no specific credit union by name but..you know) :)
