They are awesome. Picked up my alternator from Rosenberg and installed it, and checked all the diagnostics for me was done in 2 hours. Will definitely be going back and recommending them for any auto repairs.

William was able to quickly diagnose and repair my truck at a reasonable price. I couldn't pump the gas into my truck. I've never had that happen with a vehicle before. He explained what was wrong and the process for getting the parts and repairing, showing more concern than most mechanics I've ever dealt with.

Finally found THE place to take our vehicles! Amazing service, William took care of my Lexus IS250 like it was his own. Oil change, breaks, blinker bulb replacement, and an exhaust leak all taken care of. Thank you Phantom Auto, you have a permanent customer!

From out of town visiting. Needed truckfixed quickly and didn't know what the problem was. Very light shimmy, was told would find and fix. Did just what he said and found couple other issues and repaired. Feel very pleased and have my confidence back in my ride. Took in and got it back next day.

We just moved to Wharton in January and we had little to no clue on where to go when my truck started acting up, my husband was the one to find Phantom Auto on Google and based on the reviews decided to go and take the truck there for the repairs it needed. I was impressed by how quickly William was able to fix the issue my truck was having and my husband was impressed by his skill and knowledge. Stating that "he knows what he's doing". I am writing a review because my AC went out and I took it in yesterday and 2 hours later it was repaired and the ac is blasting cold again. Is there anything this guy can't fix? With that being said, he's certainly gained my trust and he will be our go to Mechanic if we ever need one again. An awesome mechanic he replaced my water pump and my power steering pump and did an oil change at a good price on my 2004 Blue Dodge Ram 1500. He is an honest and a trustworthy mechanic.

I would recommend this shop too any elderly person that has car problems. He is fair and will not do repairs that are not necessary. He didn't charge me anything to reset the computer to turn off the check engine light

We were stuck in a traffic jam on Hwy 59 N due to a wreck. My husband put our truck in Park as we waited. Then when he tried to shift into Drive, the gear shifter was loose and wouldn't go into Drive. We were stuck in Park in the middle of the lane creating another traffic obstacle. Fortunately a mechanic going past us stopped and quickly fixed the problem but told us to get to a mechanic because it would happen again as soon as we changed gears. We pulled in to Phantom Auto Repair and I frantically told William what happened. He immediately knew what the problem was, grabbed a creeper and checked it out. He called a parts store to deliver the part, which took the longest. While we were waiting, we were offered water, chairs, and one of the guys even offered to share his lunch! As Amanda said, we felt like family. As soon as the shift cable linkage clip was delivered, William had it on within minutes. We couldn't believe the very reasonable price he charged. We were back on the road within an hour and a half of stopping. Any other place we would have had to made an appointment and been charged a fortune. It was such a good experience that I felt like hugging all the guys!
