Their automotive department needs new leadership!Had new tires put on my truck back on 2/13, after they were done one of the wheel covers was broken and the pressure sensor in one tire did not work. The ACC Manager took down the information to order a new wheel cover and said their pressure sensor tester was broke and would be fixed in a couple of days and he would call me. He never did, after I called numerous times I gave up and paid a tire shop to fix my sensor (the one they broke).Called several times to speak with their Manager about my wheel cover and kept leaving messages, getting disconnected, told they knew nothing about it until 3/8 when I spoke with a manager from a different department and was told Chris would call me the next day.The next day I got a very vague call from someone, would not give his name saying the wheel cover was ordered that day and would be here in 2-3 days. Now 9 days later I am getting the runaround again. The Managers in the auto section need to learn communication skills and learn how to follow up on what they say they are going to do.I do not like having to pay to have something fixed that their technicians broke.Poor service.

Beware shopping in Wharton Walmart they have serious theft issues there. I went there searching for a Bluetooth Speaker and a Roku because they were out in Bay City, Texas. I notice that the box looked kinda of ragged when we were checking out. The speaker cost $399. When I got it home I found Wharton Walmart sold me a brick. Talk about my wife and kids Disappointment but my wife and I were in our car from 4:30pm til 7:30 because of this frustrating ordeal. They seem as this happens a lot. So be aware when purchasing big ticket items at Wharton Walmart

Normally I'd give this Walmart a 4 star rating. They never have enough cashiers. But the problem I had today was Walmart said they require masks for their employees. There were several employees without masks. They have one way isles. Their own employee that was done working for the day was shopping and ignoring the isle directions. Don't make up rules your own people aren't going to follow and don't tell us your looking out for our safety when your ignoring all your own rules. I didn't put the arrows on the isles.... Your company did. I didn't say employees had to wear masks..... your company did. Maybe you need to remind your employees these rules were put in place to protect them As well as the customers.

Fast Christmas experience! Great customer service-Store manager Brandi did a great job answering my questions. Great selections and inventory. Worth the drive from wherever you are located.

I was surprised at the size of this store given that it's in Wharton. The parking lot is undersized relative to the size of the store, however. That's made a bit worse at night having to dodge the semis that park here overnight. Their inventory is quirky, particularly in the health and beauty section. Then again, in Wharton, it's the only game in town late at night if you need something while travelling. This store also seems to be the local late-night gathering spot. Other than that, it's your basic WalMart Supercenter.
