I went to this store located in Wharton, Texas with my mom to pay her bill. A young lady came from the back went to the register typed in something. I assume she was logging in. From there for the next 15-20 seconds she never acknowledged us standing there. Never said hello, Never said may I help you, Never said how can I help you. So after that, my mom said let's go. I will come back when she's not here. So, here's my question. What is the policy of Cricket Wireless when customers come into the store?

No inventory tried for weeks and still no luck they won't order any all the try to sell you is even higher priced items instead if getting what customers want.

im a new customer as of 7-9-21 got new phone out the box icon2 it was not showing on the screen took it back they gave me a worse phone a down grade the icon demo. wont hold a charge wont download my apps hotsopt dont work and the phone is used slow just awful contact the store district manager was there no help told me no refunds and buy another phone omg really im so upset 611 kept hanging up no help it havent even been 30days so today i find out about a warranty on icon2 knowone told me about contact them get disconected after holding the line for 30 min call back they closed go online input info then they say cant process claim im so DONE im going to try in the AM and if i dont get this taking care of im going on all platforms, BBB, and protest at the store
